Home made vegan ice cream cake (2 tier). Decorated with dark chocolate and fresh strawberries as shown in the picture. Choose from vanilla, cherry and chocolate vegan ice creams.

Allergens: soya. Dairy free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ice cream cakes are sold in an 8 inch square cake box. Take your cake out of your freezer approx 20 mins prior to serving it. Warm a knife blade in a jug of hot water. Use the warm, dry blade to slice the cake. Any that isn’t sliced can be kept in your freezer for up to 6 months Single tier cakes serve 8-10 and double tier cakes serve 14-16.

 

Vegan ice cream cake ingredients

Vanilla ice cream – Water, sugar, deoderised coconut oil, stabiliser (dextrose, coconut fats, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E477, E472b, thickeners: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, tara gum and carrageenan,dried glucose syrup, soy flour, pea protein, soy protein), vanilla (sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavour, salt, vanilla seeds, thickeners; agar-agar, pectin, natural flavourings, colours: paprika extract, extract of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (0.1%)).

Cherry ice cream – Water, sugar, deoderised coconut oil, wild cherry paste (7%) (sugar, wild cherries (48%), concentrated grape juice, citric acid, caramel (glucose syrup, water, sugar), natural flavourings, stabiliser E440 (pectin), vegetable concentrate (elder), acidity adjuster E333 (calcium citrate)), stabiliser (dextrose, coconut fats, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E477, E472b, thickeners: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, tara gum and carrageenan, dried glucose syrup, soy flour, pea protein, soy protein). 

Chocolate ice cream – Water, sugar, deoderised coconut oil, crema cacoa (cocoa powder (60%), sunflower seed oil, vegetable fats (palm), emulsifiers; soybean lecithin, cocoa paste (0.3%), flavours, natural flavours of cocoa, salt), stabiliser (dextrose, coconut fats, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E477, E472b, thickeners: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, tara gum and carrageenan,dried glucose syrup, soy flour, pea protein, soy protein).

Dark chocolate coating – coconut oil, sugar, low fat cocoa powder (16%), corn starch, natural flavourings.
