Rays Ice Cream Easter Cake
Home made chocolate or vanilla ice cream decorated with sprinkles, Easter chicks and eggs.
We are now taking orders for these Easter cakes for collection between 18th and 20th April - please choose a collection date in this range at checkout.
Cake appearance may very slightly from that shown.
Cakes are sold in an 8 inch square cake box. Take your cake out of your freezer approx 20 mins prior to serving it. Warm a knife blade in a jug of hot water. Use the warm, dry blade to slice the cake. Any that isn't sliced can be kept in your freezer for up to 6 months
Single tier cakes serve 8-10 and double tier cakes serve 14-16.
